The King's Rest is a Minnesota based recording studio that focuses on bringing quality recording and studio services to local musicians for low cost, and supporting them however we can!
The studio is fully equipped for full-band tracking; with a separate drum room, vocal isolation booth, and spacious main room featuring multiple studio instruments that are available for customer use including pianos, keyboards, violins, guitar, bass, percussion, and mandolin.
We also feature some analog equipment so you can get that vintage sound on your tracks to help them stand out!

Recording
You got the tunes, we got the tools. Recording sessions up to 12 hours per day, with bulk discounts!
We've got the tools and resources to capture the sound you want in the highest quality so you can take it with you, OR, let us help you mix it and we can polish that gem we just cut.
(We can also livestream it!)
Audio Engineering
You name it, we splice it. With extensive experience in both film and music, there's not much you can throw us that we can't do.
Everything from simply mixing and mastering to, film dialogue, ADR, scores, Foley, sound bites, noise reduction, beats, remixes, trailers, music videos, remasters, and more.
Writing & Consulting
Maybe you only have half a band?
Solo artist? Singer only?
We can work with just about any style and give you a chance to do something you may not have the skills to do alone. Session work for multiple instruments available, as well as original scores and music for videos, channels, ads, and consulting for how to get the best sound with the tools you have.
